La lumière

Finally some sun. Somehow french word "lumière" reminds me of Arcade Fire, one of the best bands in the world. With the sunlight, also finally some sleep. I spent the holidays at my parents place and came back Saturday. I couldn't sleep there. It was so quiet. I guess I missed the sounds of the city, but at least I read many comic books (mostly Donald Ducks) during the long silent nights!

At the last picture there is my new necklace, a gift from my boyfriend, and new Wake-Up Light, a gift from his parents.

Where I first met Tunng

Rough Trade, Notting Hill, London

I was very tired after walking around London. I had already bought several albums, had decided not to buy more, just to wait for my boyfriend to finish his shopping so we could move on. Then the shop assistant made me change my mind. She played something that won my heart over immediately. She played Tunng album "Good Arrows".

Back home I've listened the album over and over again. It suits with the most of my moods, with spring and summer, with autumn, with winter, with blankets and a cup of tea.

Swans

Still no sunshine. I miss Paris. Well, London too and maybe Lisbon but mostly Paris. Picture is from London though.
